Jean Toledano, the patriarch of a family of Spanish origin, runs a successful business of Iberian products in the town of Perpignan: La Pata Negra.
This business combines a retail store and a restaurant (tasting and meals), both with a select range of Spanish products.
Since its inception, and since it opened its business doors in 2013, the company has been in constant innovation.
In the year 2022, in the midst of the COVID pandemic, they embark on a spectacular renovation of the premises, trying to adapt business to reality and offload weight in the restaurant section to give prominence to retail.
La Pata Negra acquires from AUGUSTA Vitrinas a custom 5.50 m refrigerated display case. and custom-made furniture that conforms to a very characteristic design of its brand
